   I think you’re actually a Great-Aunt – feel better about that title? ;-)
   I could be wrong though – so I’m Jimmy’s niece, which makes my son his great-nephew, and makes Jimmy his great-uncle.
   Oh, wait. I skipped a generation. Duh. You’re right.
   But you are still great. :-)

   All I can say is better a grand-aunt than a grandfather! Sometimes there are big age spreads between siblings, so you end up with a nephew older than you or some such. But to be a grandparent you need to have a child who is old enough to have a child, it’s a whole other ballgame I say.

     That’s exactly what happened with us – my brother is 10 years older than me, and his son had a baby very early. So Monty is actually a very young grandparent.

   Tyler may be young but he is an amazing parent and Dillon is the most amazing little kid ever!!I love my nephew
