Toddler Activity Schedule 7 (Seeds)
It is past time for us to plan our garden, so we will let Kieran join in the fun this week. Our topic is seeds.
What will you plant in your garden this spring?
Monday
Morning
Monday Fun-day with Jax & Sarah
Afternoon
Pretend play
*Sing this song to the tune of “Farmer in the Dell” and act out each verse:
It’s time to plant the seeds,
It’s time to plant the seeds,
Heigh-ho, the derry-o,
It’s time to plant the seeds.
Other verses:
The warm sun shines all day…
The rain comes gently down…
The plant pops through the soil…
We need to water and hoe…
We help our garden grow…

Oh, I’m so jealous. We had a garden last year, and now we don’t. I still want to replant some of my indoor and balcony plants, but I’m feeling a little depressed about it. I want to include Mikko in the fun (mess), though, so maybe I’ll have to get over it and get seeding! :)
I can’t wait to do all the fun “dirt prep”… oh… yes. How I’ve missed it.
Has it only been a year since the last time I got to play in the dirt? Oh. It seems like longer, I miss it so.
What fun!! And you are able to make use of your new Hi Ho Cherry O Game!! Yeah! I hope you all have a fabulous garden this year.
