The Joys of Breastfeeding a Toddler #17
Because it is the eve of my 35th birthday, and because I wanted to do something special to commemorate World Breastfeeding Week, I submitted the post for today’s “Joys” series. It is being hosted on NursingFreedom.org, so please click over for a post and a video (thank you, Tom, for putting the video together at 10:45pm the night before it was scheduled to post!).
By the way – I am going to change the focus from the joys of breastfeeding a toddler to the joys of breastfeeding past infancy. I’ve already published several posts from mothers who breastfed past toddlerhood, and I look forward to sharing more in the months to come. So if you have a story to share about nursing past infancy – whether your little one nursed until s/he was 2 years old, 4 years old, or beyond, please contact me.

I landed on your blog from another blog, and were delighted to read a few of your articles. I’m the blessed mother of eight children (so far), the oldest 16 and my youngest 6 months. I exclusively breastfeed my babies and they all naturally weaned themselves either during my next pregnancy or sometime after the new baby arrived. We are health freaks and don’t immunized our children.
