Expecting parents can find a ton of checklists online and in books like “What to Expect,” but so many of them focus on “what to buy” or “finding a hospital/healthcare provider.” Those lists aren’t geared toward the more natural-minded family. I created one that is; you can find it today on Natural Parents Network.

The list contains 25 things that expecting parents can do to inform, empower, and inspire themselves. Find tips and resources on everything from reading positive stories about childbirth and getting certified in infant CPR/first aid, to drafting a will and interviewing pediatricians.

What was on your “to do” list when you were expecting?
